Configuring notification profile details OP 7

I've setup OP 7 and it seems to be working fine. Bit slower but fine.

I've integrated OPManager & Service Desk so after OP Manager detects certain issues I want monitored it will autocreate a ticket for me to work on. The problem is I can't configure the profile details at all either when setting up the profile or after it's been created. I am receiving service desk tickets from OPManager - but they are not assigning to a tech or category which is what I really want.

If I'm using IE 6 and try to make changes to the notification profile I get a "errors on page" when I click the submit button - don't know what they are but it won't allow me to update the settings. If I use Firefox / linux I don't see any errors but it just will not update.

Also - can Opmanager be setup to do a c-echo check our dicom devices? It's not enough to see if the port is up I need to be able make sure that the port is still accepting dicom traffic.
