Configured Password/Account Expiration Notifications

Hello Support Team,

We have tried to implement option "Configured Password/Account Expiration Notifications" in AD Self Service Portal. But, I found it is not working and I'm receiving report mail, which I have set as

"Dear Admin,


No reports available at the moment for the configured scheduler.

Regards,
ADSelfService Plus"


Need help to start this schedular.
