Hello,

I am part of an IT support team for a restaurant management group. The restaurant management group manages 5 different restaurant concepts with each concept having at least one restaurant location (some have 5+)... Our current configuration in Manage Engine is as such:

-Each restaurant location is configured as an individual site (ex. River City Cafe #1, River City Cafe #2, etc.)

-We have created 4 separate departments (restaurant managers, area managers, directors of operations, and administration)

-Currently we have given requester access to each restaurant location manager under the restaurant managers department. This is allows them to login and submit/view service requests for their site only.

The problem we are running into is trying to give access to people in the company (such as a Director of Operations) who are in charge of multiple sites. We would like them to have requester access, but to be able to view/submit requests for all sites that they either manage or operate.

After spending a few days trying to set this up on our own we've had limited success. Has anyone had experience setting up this type of access that may be able to help us out a bit?
