Configure notifications on a per requester basis
We would like to enable notifications on a per user basis to allow our end users the option to recieve email updates when their case has changed or decline the email updates and check the web console to retrieve updates.
We would also like the option to hide the My Details tab as this information needs to be updated in Active Directory in addition to SD.
