Configure incoming Email settings with GSuite

We have deployed the standard version of ServiceDesk Plus in our environment recently.
We're using the free version (the one that supports 5 technicians).

When attempting to follow your official configuration document to configure GSuite as the email server, we face an error that the server (where the instance installed) has an invalid certificate.

We're currently using the self-signed certificate.
