Configure Cisco 1700 sub-interface

Here is my netflow configuration for Cisco 1700:

interface FastEthernet 0
ip route-cache flow
exit
interface Serial 0
ip route-cache flow
exit
interface Serial 0.1
ip flow ingress
exit

ip flow-export destination 192.168.3.105 9996
ip flow-export source FastEthernet 0
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-cache timeout active 1
ip flow-cache timeout inactive 15
snmp-server ifindex persist

From NFA, I can only see one interface (Fa0). the sub Serial Interface is not showing up. Please help.
