I have trouble connecting with customers remotely problems are:
1. Very slow connection, other tools will show faster at the refresh screen such as RDP, VNC, DameWare and others. Are Supposed buy me this tool because it gave me the same ease and much more.
2. I cannot type special characters in the remote connection. Buy me this tool for the security offered to customers to connect, centralized logging, request permission to enter by the users, etc.. But not being able to enter a password robust feature tool, this kills you.
3. Impossible to setup remote sites. Not allowed me to configure.
4. It is a tool that can easily become the deploy tool not allowed me to configures like Lansweeper work best.
Based on the foregoing, the truth is that I´m the end customer, we´re very upset and outraged by the tool, because not working fine. Is possible for bad configuration or we not understanding the tool.
You Can help me and support me to solve this problem. We have 500 PCs licensed and paid more than 7K by the tool. And this not work.
We were thinking about buying more than 10 agent licenses, but these drawbacks, even be recommended to other clients.
And the other favor that we ask is whether you can support in Spanish or at least support us via written in English or chat in English.
