Configuration Cisco router 1800 with MSP OpManager
Hello,
I downloaded the trial version (MSP OpManager) and I installed it on my WindowsXP, and I have a cisco router running in my office (1841 series), and I need to install the "probe" on my server's clients, and according to the manual, I have to connect to my IP address (central server) but my laptop (with private IP) is behind my cisco router (with the public IP) , so my question is if I have to open a port on the cisco router ? and I need to forward the data from the router to the laptop? (all the info comming from the "probes" installed on my clients servers - 2003)..so, what I need to do to test the software?
