We work in an environment where at certain points of the year we can have up to 80 people drop on us in a support team of just 4 in the space of a morning. 

In order to try and make things as easy as possible we have started to ask that they get in touch with us before they arrive to create cases and allocate areas for the equipment to be worked on.

I'm trying to work out if there is a way to create/design a job sheet that we can easily print out so we can have the job sheet with all our equipment and the tehcnicians until the end of the day when they collate all the information up and enter it back into our servicedesk system. I know you can do the print preview but there isn't the ability to do any designing of the information that comes out!

If this isnt possible I was hoping it could be looked into as a future feature request as I think this would be a great addition.
