Config change report question

I am evaluating DeviceExpert to begin maintaining device configs and change control, especially as it relates to PCI compliance.
My question is about either modifying the existing Change Report or creating a custom Change Report. Is there any way to create a report that would show the changes for some previous time period (like 3 months) that would also show the Annotation field? That way I could set up a procedure internally to use the Annotation field as a way to document the reason for all config changes.
