Hi,

I'm currently testing the professional Edition Build Number : 5505 of the ServiceDesk ManageEngine and I'm having problems while setting the conditions for the SLAs or the Business Rules. If I set for example a condition: if the requester name is and I click Add, the condition is added, then when I save, and I re-enter to edit the SLA or business rule, the condition disappears....

Please advise on the possible reasons causing this problem.
