concurrent license
The local reseller just tell me that I can buy a 5 technician license no matter if I have 7 technicians.
I told them I will have just 3 or 4 technician working in the application at the same time, and the other will be accessing at different times during the day.
That's known as concurrent users license wich is the opposite of named users license.
Please let me know what's the real licensing scheme for ServiceDesk +.
