Hello good afternoon, dear we have remote offices with servers that have the same team name when installing the wan agent on these computers with the same name only consider one and the other does not appear in my console for connection reasons I can not change the names of the equipment, how could it be done so that it is identified by ip and not by equipment name.

my computers may have the same computer name but they are in different network segments
