Computer Inactive Reports - not accurate

When I generate a report of Computers that haven't logged on in the last 30 Days (Inactive Computer Report), the Software goes and checks each Domain Controller. O.K so far. I am then presented with a list, which contains some Computers, which I know have logged on and off in the last 30 days. For example, in the list are computers which show the last logon time as May 07, and yet, they were logged onto this week.
There is clearly something wrong with this report, and I have no confidence in it's accuracy.
Is there an Issue that you are aware of?
