Computer Actions > Get Agent Logs

Please provide an option for administrators to download agents logs directly from the Desktop Central console (Actions > Get Agent Logs). The whole process is difficult (remotely connect to user's computer, navigate to directory, compress files, use the user's email account to email the log file or use remote desktop file transfers). I need this for both macOS and Windows computers especially when you ask for those logs for troubleshooting purposes.
