CompleteTime in Request Email Templates
Hi all,
I want to use the Completetime on a request or incident in email templates. but I can select it from the list, the is just the created date. And when I use the variable $CompletedTime it doesn't show anything.
I need it for the Businessrules because some departments want to see in the email when a request or an Incident was closed. They don't want any reports they want it in realtime.
And in the Businessrulesit would also be great if you would be able to select the closed status as a criteria.
