I recently updated my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and I'm encountering compatibility issues between my
cloud computing solutions and ServiceDesk Plus. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar problems or has any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
Before the update, both the cloud computing solutions and ServiceDesk Plus were working seamlessly on Windows 10. However, after the upgrade, I've noticed that certain features of the cloud computing solutions are not functioning properly. Additionally, ServiceDesk Plus seems to be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the cloud services.
I've tried reinstalling both the cloud computing solutions and ServiceDesk Plus, but the problems persist. I suspect that the compatibility between these applications and Windows 11 might be the root cause.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a workaround? I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions to help me resolve this problem. Are there any specific settings or configurations that need to be adjusted to ensure compatibility between cloud computing solutions and ServiceDesk Plus on Windows 11?
