Under Organization Details, I am trying to replace the Acme Helpdesk Image with our own company logo, but every time I try to upload, it gives me the error: You are trying to upload A Non Image format. Kindly Recheck! (BMP Images are not allowed.)
I have converted the file to a GIF and have resized to 120 x 40, but still giving same message. Any ideas????
