We have launched the Beta Version of "DIY Implementation" in our chat BOT. Now, Dhanya aka Zia can build a personalized plan based on a user's inputs.
Users can implement the product using the document or they can initiate a chat and specify the unique implementation ID. The BOT will offer step-by-step instructions to implement the product. If they encounter any issue they can get support instantly from the BOT or they can talk to a technician, solve the issue and get back to the step where they left.
