Command "contains" in Field & Form Rules

Command "contains" in Field & Form Rules

How can i set a "contains" command in field & form rules?


In examples, manageengine just shows "is" / "equal" command: 

if($CS.getText("Subject")==="Notebook")

I need  "contains" command.
