Map modules and individual items to CI types and CIs, respectively.
Define custom CI types, and collect additional information through custom fields.
Configure relationships and cardinality between CI types.
Associate CI information with incidents, service requests, and changes.
Invoke business rules and custom triggers based on CIs.
