Colour indicate Technicians
It would be good be good if you could colour code individual technicians, so they stand out more.. we recently got rid of our job allocating paper card system and replaced it with a screen showing the Service desk request page. Just need technicians to stand out individually...
Can you also colour code unallocated requests? So unallocated request are red until they get assigned?
