Collector always down

Collector always down

I am running ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer Enterprise Edition v 7.7.0.
I have some problem in my collector. My collector status always down after 5-10 minutes. I have checked for the service, and service always 'started'.
I try to restart the service and after restart my collector up again but just for 5-10 minutes and after thar down again.
