Cloud agent problem after upgrade to version 9.4

Some cloud agent clients after the automatically upgrade to Version 9.4  remain in
"Unable to upgrade agent"; this  from the cloud console view.
But on the client, on the agent-side,  they are upgraded to the new version 9.4; also restarting or rebooting the client; from the console we have "Unable to upgrade agent".
Disintalling and reinstalling directly the version 9.4 remain in "Agent Not Communicating" also after approve the "pending agent registration request".
The agents, on the edge firewall rule have all the FQDN and port open; we also tried with any-any rule to internet.
Other cloud-agent on the same enviroment are working fine also after the upgrade to the new version 9.4. 
The "Agent Not Communicating" are not forwarding the logs.
Does anyone else have this problem?
