Closing Ticket Report

Hello All,
I would like to be able to create a query report that will show me the following per each month


User opened the ticket his problem priority time take to close it


we have created another status named Acknowledged and we move each ticket to this status the moment we start dealing with the ticket and when we finish we move it to close

this can allow us to know how much time we worked on a ticket ..

can someone help generate this kind of report ?
