We have templates that have category and subcategory fields disabled so the user only has to pick the particular ITEM.

When the technician goes to close the request, gets message Category and Subcategory fields need to have a value. (already populated in the template albeit it disabled.).

The bug seems to be SDP+ logic considers a disabled field as unpopulated?
