So,
I have this issue with e-mail notifications.
When an email creates new request, e-mail notifications to technicians is sent.
When an email creates new request, e-mail notifications is sent to a group.
When a request is updated, e-mail notification is sent to a group.
But when a request is closed, e-mail is not sent to a selected technicians or to a requester.
Under the notifications rules, appropriate boxes are checked but ain't working.
How can I fix this problem ?
