Hello,
We are using the statuses "Resolved" and "Closed" and we want to send different emails depending on which status is used.
However, we also want the option to close a request without sending any email to the requester. Is it possible to create a status named "Closed – No Closure Mail" and configure it using FAFR/Business Rules to prevent any closure email from being sent when this status is used?
