Close request via mail.

An interesting feature of closing a request via mail!
We would also like to implement the function of closing the request at the click of a button. For example: An email arrives about the execution of the request and there is a link "Close request" after clicking on which an email is
automatically sent with the operator @@Close Request@@ Without opening a new window.
Is it possible to implement this?
