We are using Service Desk Plus v6013 and I have a question concerning the closing of requests. I setup my technician roles so that they can only see a request after I have assigned it a group. Then any tech can grab a request. But when they close a request I have it setup so that the requester will get an email with the resolution. Is there a way to add myself to that list so I can get an email for the closed calls as well? That way I see the calls when they come in and I assign to a group and I can also see teh resolutions after the techs have closed the call via email? This would help as a feature if not available.
