Hi,

 

We have multiple Incidents attached to a problem. We need to close those automatically along with the problem once it's resolved. How to do this? It seems that the Problem just closes and doesn't do anything with the Incident\requests attached to it.

 

SDP version: 8.2. build 8207 (latest)
