One of our affiliate companies, Sahara Resort Las Vegas, has an on-prem instance of ManageEngine.  Their suite consists of Helpdesk, Desktop Central, AD Audit, and a few other ME products.  They are in the midst of trying to migrate these services from on-prem to cloud.   They’ve attempted to utilize Zoho’s ManageEngine support, but the project has stagnated, and the support team has repeatedly failed to respond.
