I have a new installation. Changed to MSSQL 2012. Client connects on server but not from remote browser.

On server http://localhost:8080 is OK

On remote browser http://SPSIIS01:8080 and http://10.10.40.153:8080 both time out.

Any suggestions? I noticed that this doesn't install in IIS but runs as a service... Am I missing something in the setup or configuration? Maybe permissions? I don't know what to check.
