Hi,

I don’t have my mail server settings fill for Incoming mail request (fetch), and I don’t want it to.

But in closing rules my clients aren’t receiving e-mail to close requests and I force only clients to close their request. How can I do this?

Why after a technician close a request clients doesn’t have a button there to confirm and close the request?
