CLI monitor Linux get "Exception in getting the command output: Timed out"

What could bee the problem with my disk monitoring Linux when I get "Exception in getting the command output: Timed out" error?
CLI login is passed and another monitoring working fine it´s seems to bee disk monitoring (free disk space) and it seems to bee only 2-3 Linux server that has this problem.
