CLI Login Issue

CLI Login Issue

I have an Avaya Call Manager Server that is essentially running Red Hat Linux ES3 that I have a problem logging into for CLI monitors via SSH. The issue is that this device requires an extra step at login to set the terminal type that I cannot seem to encompass within OpManager.
We are running Opmanager 8 with the most recent patch with a Windows 2003 Server, MSSQL database.
I have attached screenshots of the credential settings for the device as well as two screenshots of the actual login process with Putty.
