Recently we've run into a problem where a device will generate and alarm and once the alarm has cleared I keep getting repeated clear notifications. I've tried restarting the machine but it has no effect. The only way I can seem to stop the alarms is to remove the device or monitor and re-add it. Obviously I don't want to do this as it means that we lose the historical data, has anyone else seen this type of behaviour and is there a fix?

My OM version is build  11600 and it's a fully licenced version.
