Clear a trouble Alarm!
Hi all,
I am trying OpManager, and having a problem with the Alarms and Notification:
I had set up Notifications for all my alarms, and i have one alarm from a Cisco Catalyst 4500 about some Ports that are down, they are "operationally down", how can i make OpManager ignore this error?
I have tryed to unmanage that ports, doesn't solve the problem! Preferely i just want to say: "ok, i know, if something else change notify me!", becouse those ports may be used in th future and i do not like the idea of unmanage them...
Any ideas?
