Hello, my applicant acquired SDP to be able to manage their ticket in an easier way, but there is a very important point that I cannot find in the SDP, when the client creates the tickets by mail externally, they first verify the mail domain that sends the request, if the email domain is different from the domain of the institution, it is taken as an external user, and it requires a field where it says that it is an external client, but I cannot find this option in the SDP, can you please help me .
