clarifications about ADSelfService
Good Morning all,
I need a clarification in several things about ADSelfService..
And I would appreciate if you can answer my questions..
1- Can customers receive notification on personal email (hotmail, yahoo, Gmail.. etc)?
2- How many questions allowed per users in the Question and answer settings?
3- What is the solution about having the password to be the same as the login name once it expires which is very risky?
4- Does the software support for multiple domain?
5- Can it schedule report ( reports to be sent to staff in certain time)?
6- can we update the software from standard to enterprise or we must reinstall the new edition from the beginning?
