Cisco wlc2504 after pressing button "test and save" Device Expert goes to home page

Hello? please help me if you can.

I have a network infrastructure, which contains from a different network devises: such as HP switches, Juniper routers, Cisco WLS. for understanding the possibilities of the Device Expert I installed the trial version and start to configure my devices.

HP and Juniper was OK, but with Cisco 2504 I have some problem. After I input my credentials, and want to test the connection to the device. I press "start and test" after several seconds, appears not a log like on HP and Juniper, with mistakes and confirms - appears home page of Device Expert. When I press SSH connection - the connection is "OK". Then I create a custom template for backup the config which contains :

transfer upload datatype config
transfer upload serverip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
transfer upload path .
transfer upload filename cisco2504.cfg
transfer upload start

or

<command>transfer upload datatype config</command>
<command>transfer upload serverip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx</command>
<command>transfer upload path .</command>

I have the same result
Device response not available.

Please help, maybe I did something wrong? Or maybe Device Expert cannot work with this model of Cisco device?
