Hi,

we have 2 Cisco WLAN Controllers (5520 and 3504) which I would like to add to NCM via SSH.

Unfortunately, I can't get a working connection to the WLCs although I can see that NCM is connected to the device, so there is no issue with the network, credentials etc.

But Testing/Applying the credentials always fails.

When I click on "SSH" in "Device Details" to connect to the device I can see that the NCM is connected to the WLC, gets a prompt but is trying to input "null". This might be the problem of the whole issue here.

Is there a problem with the device template of the WLC?

We are running on the latest FW available for the WLCs (8.10.171.0).
