Cisco still not working

Cisco still not working

I am still unable to get syslog messages from Cisco devices running IOS or CATos to show up. The cisco devices are correctly configured to send syslog data, I have verified this by installing Kiwi syslog daemon on the same box as log analyzer. When I run kiwi I see syslog messages, when I run ELA I do not see any data from the cisco devices. I have followed the instructions in this forum,, but something is not working in ELA.
