Hi all 

We are running a eval on NCM after testing ops Util a few months ago. 

we had no issues getting snmp backing up a switch using ops util however when i try do this for NCM it keeps failing. Where do i start to troubleshoot this? Is their logs anywhere within NCM to see why its not connecting etc?
