Dear Sir,

I’m currently using Opmanager 9.0 latest version and my Cisco firewall and router only Availability can monitor but I need to monitor like Memory utilization, Active session count, firewall cpu utilization etc. Therefore I can’t monitor mentioned services and  also opened Snmp port in the firewall but still the  persist.
