Cisco CATOS Support Problem Again
Opmanager first found the cisco 6509(CATOS) as a route and I change the type to Cisco 6500 and switch type. But the portname can not show the right name(such as Ethernet G2/1 etc.) and only show "long ...". For this customer's network topology is cisco 6510 connect with cisco 6509 via the ATM layer(Nortel Passport 15000). Please tell me how to solve it.
I also want to know whether the product support cisco CATOS.
For performance monitor. It can show memory usage and cannot show CPU usage.
