Hi,

 

We set up an CI called 'SQL Database' and loaded 30+ entries, we then decided we needed this to be an Asset and therefore set the switch 'Track as Asset' to 'on'.

 

Now if we try and list the CI via the CMDB module this just sits and says 'Loading . . ' for ever.

 

Please help.

 

 

NB. We are running build 8.125 of ServiceDesk Plus using MS SQL.
