Checklists assign business rule
I'm looking for a way to auto assign checklists to tickets that come in automatically based on what the subject starts with. But I don't actually see a way to auto add checklists.
Tasks just isn't right for what we need and I know you can do that. Right now I have a closure rule to prevent closing a ticket until a checklist is finished but I want to auto assign a checklist to a set of tickets that come in from our email so I can't really use templates because the email defaults to a different template.
