Are there any upcoming enhancements to checklists? I'm just trying them out, and find them very frustrating to work with.

When creating them, having to drag the new item into place is very fiddly and tedious. Can we have the option of, say, double clicking the item type to add it to the end of the list?

Long item names are only displayed in full when hovering. Can we have the option to display it all? 

It would be great to be able to edit items instead of deleting and recreating.

It would be really helpful if I could import a text file to create multiple items quickly.

For technicians, it would be helpful if they could filter the list to only show items not yet done/answered.

A radio button option that allows yes/no/not applicable would help technicians tell which items they've decided not to perform for some reason.
