Is there a possibility to add something like a checklist to an asset?
The reason behind this question is our workflow for staging new computers.
1. We manually add a new computer to the corresponding asset category and set it to state "In Preparation". This is a safety measure for us to ensure that hostnames are unique.
2. While "In Preparation" the computer gets staged with our SCCM deployment and afterward the computer information will be fetched through the SCCM Connector, as the manually added Asset name matches the one found through the SCCM Connector.
3. To make sure the SCCM installation routine was successful and complete, we usually do some checks on the client. These checks right now are stored somewhere in our documentation.
We'd like to store these checks I've mentioned in (3) in the asset itself. This way we could make sure all of the checks we're followed, even if another technician finishes these checks.
